Mobile UI Designer (HTML/CSS)
Established mobile start up in NYC seeking an experienced mobile designer with at least 3 years of hands-on mobile HTML/CSS design experience. UI designer will work with web development team to integrate HTML/CSS components into web mobile applications.
We are not looking for a web designer, candidate must have at least 3 years experience in mobile UI development. This is a long-term contract position that will require at least 30 hours per week onsite in our Manhattan headquarters.
No agencies. No offshore.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of mobile UI development
* Experience with developing mobile web UI’s for iPhone, Blackberry,
Android, and others.
* Advanced HTML/CSS and understanding of cross-platform limitations
* High-level understanding of business logic (PHP, .NET, etc)
* Self-starter with ability to meet all aggressive deadlines
Desired:
* Native application UI development (iPhone, Android, & Blackberry)
* Experience with multi-media applications
